Holm Oak (T2) - Reduce regrowth from the south stem to provide 2m of clearance from the building. Reduce the remaining regrowth by 4m. Begin a phased reduction of the north stem by 4-5m all over to reduce crown height and wind loading. Remove ivy and carry out a further inspection during the works to assess decay in the north stem and remaining pollard head. Sycamore (T3) - Remove ivy from the stems and carry out a further inspection, as the tree could not be fully assessed during the survey. False acacia (T10) - Reduce the eastern side of the crown by 2m where branches are in contact with the building. Cherry species (T14) - Fell to ground level due to the poor condition of the tree. Cherry species (T16) - Reduce branches extending to the south-west by 2m to provide clearance from the shed. Common Beech (T21) - Carry out a further inspection using decay detection equipment, such as sonic tomography or resistance drilling, to assess the extent of decay in the cavities on the south face at approximately 4m and the north-east face between 9-10m. Aerial access will be required. Use the findings to determine appropriate future management. Pine species (T24) - Prune back branches extending to the south to provide clearance from cables and the building. False acacia (T3) - Sever ivy at the base to allow future inspection of the stems. Mixed group comprising Sycamore, Common Hazel, Leylandii, Common Holly and Bay Laurel (G1) - Prune back to provide 2m of clearance from the third-party building. Clear vegetation and garden waste within 2m of the Sycamore, reduce the Holly back by 2m from the Sycamore to allow inspection, and remove ivy from the adjacent Sycamore from ground level to the crown break.
