Erection of an obscured glazed balustrade around the flat roof of the existing three storey back addition at second floor level, in connection with the creation of a roof terrace; installation of a door to replace existing window to the rear elevation at second floor level, to provide access to the proposed roof terrace; removal of existing timber staircase to the rear elevation from first floor down to ground floor level; blocking up of existing door to the rear elevation at first floor level, with bricks to match existing; installation of French doors to the rear elevation at ground floor level as well as the formation of a bridge structure over the existing lower ground floor lightwell to provide access to rear garden; replacement of all existing windows with double glazed uPVC windows; and alterations to the garden to provide independent amenity space for both the ground and lower ground floor flats.
